Honey Bees are natural born team players. They spend their lives caring for their siblings rather than reproducing for themselves - extremely rare in the natural world.
They have a purpose for living and are devoted to their work: caring for their elders, pollinating the land and helping plants grow. Instead of reproducing, most individuals in a colony work as devoted servants to one breeding female.
