I HAVEN'T PURCHASED JEWELLERY ONLINE BEFORE; HOW CAN I BE SURE I WILL BE HAPPY WITH MY DECISION?
We at Shaun Leane strive to accurately represent our jewellery, via photos, product descriptions and measurements. Our past experience has been that the jewellery has exceeded our customers' expectations.
However, should you wish to return the item, you have 28 days from the date of receipt to change your mind and we will happily refund your payment.
DELIVERY - HOW LONG WILL MY PACKAGE TAKE TO ARRIVE?
We offer complimentary shipping on all of our online orders, which we aim to dispatch within three working days. Upon dispatch you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a unique tracking number.
UK - Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm. Orders should arrive within 5 working days.
International - Royal Mail Signed For or Royal Mail Airsure (Dependant on local mail restrictions). Orders should arrive within 10 working days.
We are happy to provide quotes for courier or FedEx services upon request.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
Whilst we hope that you will love your Shaun Leane Jewellery, we are able to return or exchange items 28 days from the purchase date and so long as they are unworn, undamaged and in a good condition. The shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please contact us should you wish to return your jewellery.
WHERE CAN I LEARN MORE ABOUT THE STONES IN THE JEWELLERY?
Shaun Leane only sells jewellery made with precious or semi-precious gemstones.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR A SPECIAL ORDER?

As special orders are generally unique pieces, delivery time may vary. Depending on the item, it may take between 4 and 8 weeks allowing us to source diamonds/stones and to hand make the jewellery for you. All items requested for special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
WHAT IF MY JEWELLERY ARRIVES AND IT DOESN’T FIT?
At Shaun Leane we are happy to adjust certain pieces of jewellery once purchased. Please contact us by phone on +44 (0) 207 405 4773 Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm GMT or via email on info@shaunleane.com with your request and we will endeavour to help you.
You can also make a special request before purchasing online. Please email us at info@shaunleane.com We will contact you if there is an additional charge or additional delivery times associated with your request. We also have a bespoke jewellery service.
ARE CHAINS INCLUDED FOR PENDANTS?
Yes, unless otherwise noted all of our necklaces and pendants are delivered with the chain shown.
WILL MY ITEM BE BOXED?
Yes. Each beautiful piece of Shaun Leane jewellery will be delivered in its own gift box with ribbon bearing the Shaun Leane logo.
IS GIFT WRAPPING AVAILABLE?
Yes. Gift-wrapping is available for an additional £5.00 for each item; your jewellery will be wrapped in stylish paper and silk branded Shaun Leane ribbon. Simply tick the gift-wrap box before you add an item to your basket. If you would like to send the gift straight to the recipient, just tick 'I would like to provide an alternative delivery address' on Step 2 of the checkout. ARE ITEMS PICTURED ON LINE ACTUAL SIZE?
It is impossible to show an actual size image on the Internet because computer monitors vary in size. We endeavour to show you the correct size with the details and specification section with each piece.
IS VAT CHARGED ON LINE?

CAN I ORDER FROM OVERSEAS?

Your price will be shown in the specified currency you choose in the currency bar at the top of the page. The actual transaction on your card will leave your account in £’s. There is no extra charge for this. We use current exchange rates. For delivery times for overseas destinations please see our Delivery Policy.
WHAT CAN I DO IF I NEED MY JEWELLERY NOW?
Please call us on 0207 405 4773 as we understand that you sometimes needs the perfect earrings or necklace for that special occasion and simply cannot wait.
If you live in London, and are ordering before 1.00pm, please select 'London Same Day Delivery' during the check out and your jewellery will be delivered on the same day. This service costs £15. If you live in the UK but outside of London we can still get the jewellery to you for before 9am the next morning if you call us to arrange.
I NEED HELP BUYING AN ENGAGEMENT RING, CAN YOU HELP ME?
Yes. Please call us and we can discuss your requirements and help you find the perfect ring and help answer any questions you may have on diamond requirement. Shaun Leane also offers a bespoke jewellery service.

CARING FOR YOUR JEWELLERY
We generally recommend using a silver polishing cloth once a week to wipe the surface of your jewellery with gentle pressure to help prevent any tarnish and also to cleanse the metal of skin, perfume, food or other "outside" particles, taking care not to wipe any pearls that may be present. These polishing cloths are made of soft cotton and impregnated with a specific cleaning solution; Selvyt is a good brand that is used in-house. We would discourage using commercial liquid polish or “dips” on your jewellery, as these can sometimes be too abrasive and, when used too liberally, can also remove any deliberate oxidisation detail.
We would also recommend removing rings when washing your hands or moisturising and in particular when doing the washing up - washing up liquid is one of the only substances that can actually wear down diamonds over time so that they lose their lustre. Additionally, it is always advisable to avoid wearing jewellery when doing manual labour (such as gardening or home DIY), cleaning, doing exercise or playing sports.
